Detailed Itinerary of 8 Days Serengeti Migration Fly-in Safari and Zanzibar Holiday
Day 1: Arrival
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you shall meet our driver-guide at the arrivals section. Proceed to transfer to Arusha, check in and relax as you wait for dinner and an overnight stay.
Accommodation: Arusha Serena Hotel and Spa for Lower-Luxury, Zawadi House Lodge for Mid-range.

Day 2: Pick up in Seronera Airstrip in Serengeti National Park, Game Drive
After breakfast, you will be transfer to Arusha Airstrip for a light-flight to Serengeti National Park. On arrival at Kogatende Airstrip, you shall meet your safari guide waiting for you. He will welcome you to the Serengeti, brief you about the safari and then proceed to drive you to the lodge/camp.
Enjoy wild game viewing en-route as you drive to your lodge, check in and relax as you wait for lunch. Later in the afternoon, head out for a game drive in the endless savannah plains of Serengeti and enjoy wild game viewing.
Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 3&4: Full day in Serengeti National Park (Northern Region)
After an early breakfast, you will enjoy full day to explore the Serengeti National Park on a game drive from the Central Area to the Northern Serengeti famous for the wildebeest Migration. Lookout for wildlife such as giraffes, wildebeests, zebras, lions, leopards, elands and wildebeests, zebras, cheetahs, hippos, gazells, zebras among others. Chance to witness the Mara River Crossing.
Also, you can enjoy lunch in the wilderness and later engage in another game drive while searching for wildlife like elephants, lions, leopards, rhinos, buffaloes among others. You will be taken back to the lodge later. Dinner and night at the lodge.

Day 5: Flight to Zanzibar, Day at Leisure
Enjoy breakfast at the lodge and thereafter proceed to Kogatende Airstrip arriving in time for your flight to Zanzibar. Upon arrival at the airport, you will be picked up from the airport and driven to your hotel for check-in. Relax at the hotel as you wait for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6: Prison Island, Spice Tour and Stone Town
You will have breakfast at your hotel and after this you will start your day’s activities on the beautiful islands of Zanzibar.
You shall have a Stone Town Tour and explore the alleyways of the town as you get to know about the history of Zanzibar and its different cultures, take a private boat from Stone Town to Changuu Island or Prison Island where you will enjoy seeing the Giant tortoises and during your tour of island. Later take a boat from Changuu Island back to Stone Town.
On this day you will engage in a spice tour as you explore the plantations where you will see different exotic spices and get to known the use of spices like cloves, cinnamon, and nutmeg among others. After the spice tour, you will proceed to transfer to your hotel, relax and spend the night.

Day 7: Zanzibar Beach Experience
You will spend this day relaxing at the white sand beaches of Zanzibar Island and enjoy views of the Indian Ocean.
