Day 1-2: Kalama Conservancy
On arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be collected by our representative – your Driver-Guide and transfer to Wilson Airport. Depending on your arrival time, you might require to spend a pre-night in Nairobi, chat with our consultants for some options.
Flight to Samburu Airstrip where you are met by the safari guide and transferred to Saruni Samburu in Kalama Conservancy. Your 2 nights stay includes your meals, selected beverages, shared game drives and bush walks.
With over 200,000 acres of unspoiled and wildlife – rich bush, Saruni Samburu offers an exclusive safari experience, guided by Samburu warriors passionate about their land and culture. The area around the camp is teeming with wildlife – from the giant herds of Samburu elephants coming to drink at the waterholes, leopards making their lairs on rocky outcrops nearby, to endangered packs of African wild dog seen traversing the plains below the lodge. Also, the area is home to rare endemic species, the Samburu Special Five – Grevy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe, Beisa oryx, Somali ostrich and genenuk.

Day 3-4: Sera Community Conservancy
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Saruni Rhino Lodge located about 2 hours away. Saruni Rhino offers several diverse experience, including the first black rhino tracking experience in East Africa. This incredible walking safari provides a thrilling adventure and the opportunity to actively contribute to the protection of this iconic species.
Saruni Rhino Lodge lies in the wild, undiscovered northern frontier of Kenya in 350,000 hectares of Sera Community Conservancy. The semi-arid, untouched, striking landscape stretches further than the eye can see giving a sense of total inimitability. Your 2 night stay includes the meals, selected beverages and the hared scheduled game drives and walks, as well as one rhino tracking session day. The sanctuary is set within the conservancy, it is fenced and highly secured to assist Kenya’s black rhino population to grow.

Day 5-7: Mara North Conservancy
Enjoy early morning breakfast and transfer to the airstrip in time for your flight to the Mara. On arrival in Masai Mara you are transferred to Saruni Mara, located in the North Conservancy, with the wide open game plains to the south and lush forest to the north. Your 3 night stay includes your meals, selected beverages and all shared game drives and bush walks. The Masai Mara in Kenya is famous for its unique concentration of wildlife, birds, rich vegetation and open savannah. The reserve has been classified among the “Seven Wonders of the World” due to the extraordinary annual migration (July to October) when over 1.3 million wildebeests and zebras cross from the Serengeti in search for greener pastures and water.

The Saruni Mara Lodge
Accommodation: Saruni Mara Lodge is a small lodge with 2 villas and 5 cottages, each individually decorated with themed rooms that keep a classic safari feel. Spend some time relaxing with a book and listening to the animals calling at night while the stars are shining bright.

Day 8: End of Safari.
Today is your last morning in the bush, and transfer to the airstrip for a flight to Wilson Airstrip. On arrival you will be transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and time at leisure until your return flight.
